Mondays, inspections, marketing, apartments…and more

Mondays are very interesting days. Many people make themselves really busy so the day can go by fast. Not in my case, Mondays, like any other day of the week, are “Make It Happen” days.
Today I am working on a property inspection for another deal we put under contract. It’s really a lot of details. My crew must walk every single unit, we need to conduct an engineering and environmental report. After that, my manager goes in to do a lease audit. This will be a good part of my week.
I am very thankful for being out there “making it happen” and taking an extra step towards progress. With this one, it will be 9 deals in the last 11 months.
