I’m very proud to announce that Carlos Vaz just got a very nice honor from a leading national magazine for commercial real estate professionals.  The Real Estate Forum magazine just honored him as one of 35 outstanding commercial real estate businesspeople under age 35 (Carlos will be 32 in September 09)….as “Tomorrow’s Newsmakers.”

I’m very proud of him as the industry starts to really notice what this young investor has been able to do in the past 2 years of real estate investing.

  March 28, 2009: At age 30 he purchased FIRST apartment building (208 units)...using Other People's Money.
  April 27, 2009: Buys his Tenth apartment on August 27, 2009 giving him 1,978 units.
  He specializes in relieving Banks from their foreclosed assets at 30-50% of the value of their note.
