The other night when I was recording the “Negotiation” module for our teleseries, I turned the camera on when Carlos was talking about how he negotiated his very first apartment complex.

There is some great golden nuggets in here and it’s really interesting to get to hear how Carlos did it in his own words.

    great video, carlos and brad. Thank you.
    Things I learn 1) put in Attroney/manager contact in LOI 2) deposit go hard after 15 days to make it enticing. 3) No emotion involved. The key things is position yourself so the bank look at you as a SERIOUS deal maker!
    In your next video, will you talk about how do you raised your fund?
